Lets Get Started!

We will need your show shirt design, or show announcement design. Email full resolution images to nichole@showdots.com

• Files - preferably need to be layered in a .psd or .ai file. A flattened .jpeg or .png can work, but needs to be full resolution, and will take a little more design time. If you have a flattened image, and have the background saved separately, please send it also.
• Font Names - If you want the fonts to match exactly, We will need names of all fonts, or font files if you have them.  If you do not have them, or know them, we will try to match the fonts the best we can.
• A Photo of your Show Shirt laid out is not the best option! Please try to find the original digital artwork.  If this is the only option... We will do our best to use it as inspiration for your Show Dot, but your Show Dot proof/finished Show Dot will not match exactly.

• Canva - If you created your design in Canva... Awesome.  You can just send us the share file link.  Make sure to make it accessible to others. We will be able to pull elements and fonts from Canva.  We will not alter your original image.

That is ok! We can still create something for you! Just give us a full description of your show! We can even use the digital proof image of your flags, floors, or banners as the background. Please email  the below information about your show to us at nichole@showdots.com  - Please include the following -

• Show Name, School/group name
• feeling, theme, style of show
• Colors & designs -  flags, floors, uniforms, props, banners/backdrops
• Any digital proof images of floors, flags, banners, ect.. That you may want used as backgrounds.
• Pictures of your Show! Seeing colors and style helps us!
• A link to your show! A Video is super useful for us to understand your show concept!

In your email, along with artwork information, please be sure to include the following information. Send emails to nichole@showdots.com

• Full School or Group Name
• Show Name
• Year of show
• How do you want your school name or group name to appear -Full School/Group name- or- initials of the school/group - or -  do you have a name for your band/group - pride of (school/town), big blue band...ect. If you have a specific font you use for your school band logo/name, please include it also.
• Remember the Show Dots are only 1 3/8" big.  The more letters/words, the smaller the            words will be.
• How many Show Dots do you need for your Band/Group?
• Do you have a specific Date you would like your Show Dots by?

Design of your Show Dot proof will take 1-3 days with full resolution, layered images, or Canva links.  Design work may take 1-2 days longer if we are working with no show art, or flattened images.  We will send you a proof & invoice as soon as we have the proof completed. Please check proofs for design and spellings of all words! Email us back with an approval of the design, or any adjustments you would like.  Once your Show Dot design is approved, it will be printed exactly as approved.

• Invoices -  Invoices will be sent via email at the same time as the proof. In order to commence production on your Show Dots, invoices must be paid in full.   Rest assured, the payment process is straightforward and can be completed through the invoice. To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that the shipping address entered in the invoice, is accurate, as this is where your Show Dots will be shipped. 
• Purchase Orders -  At Show Dots, we proudly accept purchase orders.  Simply let us know at the time of your order that you will be using a PO.   We understand the importance of flexibility, so please inform us if your school prefers an invoice or a quote. It is essential that you take the necessary steps to secure the PO through your district.  Show Dots will be happy to provide you with vendor information upon request. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to submit a vendor application to your district as Show Dots will not contact your district to become a vendor.  In order to commence production on your Show Dots, an approved PO will need to be forwarded to Show Dots at nichole@showdots.com  

•  Once your proof has been Approved and Payment Received, or upon Receipt of an Approved Purchase Order and Proof Approval, your Show Dots will commence production. Typically, production takes 10-14 days, though during peak periods, production may extend to up to 3 weeks. It is advisable to plan ahead and place orders in advance to accommodate potential delays.
